Hi Reader,
August's audit work told you what's actually working (and quietly not) inside your Pinterest account. September is where you build on it. This month we're calling The Q4 Build, and each week we're building one specific piece of your Q4 readiness so October opens with your pipeline already producing. This week's piece is the one most wedding pros dread the most: the content itself.
In this week's newsletter…
- The batching philosophy that turns Pinterest from a daily task into a Sunday afternoon
- The 4-step workflow I use to build 90 days of pins in one sitting
- An SEO fun fact about cadence that will change how you schedule
- Nina Addeo's Back-to-School workshop, coming up in about two weeks
The Q4 Content Batch
Most wedding pros try to post to Pinterest the way they post to Instagram: a little every day, made from scratch each time. It's the reason Pinterest feels like another chore instead of a lead engine. Pinterest rewards consistent presence, not daily invention, which means the workflow that actually works is the opposite of what most people default to.
Here's the 4-step batch workflow I run every 90 days:
- Pull keywords (30 minutes). Open Pinterest's search bar, type five phrases your ideal couple might use, and note every long-tail that auto-fills. You want twenty phrases by the end.
- Outline pins (30 minutes). Match each keyword to a pin type: blog promo, portfolio piece, quote overlay, seasonal offer.
- Design in one sitting (90 minutes). Use templates. Change words and photos, not the design system.
- Schedule out (20 minutes). Load everything into Tailwind or Pinterest native, and space it across twelve weeks.
Total: about three focused hours for 90 days of visibility. That's the math that makes Q4 feel calm instead of chaotic.
PRO TIP
Batch keyword and design work in separate sessions. Context switching kills flow, and you'll design faster if you don't have to also think creatively about keywords. Use a "template first, custom last" order so your baseline is consistent and you only get creative on the pins that actually need it. Block your calendar for this or it won't happen; treat it like a client session.

Hit reply and tell me: how many pins are you currently publishing per week, and do you batch them or make them one at a time? I'm curious where most of the list actually sits right now.
Batching is the difference between Q4 feeling like a runway and Q4 feeling like a treadmill. September is when you choose which one.

P.S. If pinning consistently is the thing that keeps falling off your list this September, the Styled Pin Collection does that part for you. Plug-and-play pin templates built for wedding pros, so your three-hour Sunday can produce ninety days of Q4 visibility.

Pinterest Workflow: Get Leads Without the Chaos
The episode makes the case that content chaos isn't a workload problem, it's a decision-fatigue problem. Pairs directly with today's batch workflow: the reason batching 90 days of Q4 pins in one Sunday actually works is because you're pre-making every decision. Future-you just shows up and executes.

A little fun fact:
Did you know?
Pinterest rewards steady presence more than volume. An account that publishes five pins per week for twelve weeks outperforms an account that publishes sixty pins in a single day, because Pinterest's algorithm reads consistent cadence as authority signal. Which means the batch you build today should be scheduled OUT, not published in one dump.
